With years of planning and community fundraising, our goal was clear: to create a welcoming and supportive home environment for adults with developmental disabilities in the Cedar Rapids area. That dream became a reality in December 2023 with the opening of our first group home.

Our organization is guided by a diverse and experienced Board of Directors, composed of respected leaders from across the community, including church, business, civic, and human service sectors. The Board is responsible for setting policy, ensuring financial stability, and supporting our Chief Executive Officer in overseeing day-to-day operations.
